A delicious and easy stir-fry featuring halal ground turkey, perfect for a quick meal.

- 1 pound ground turkey (Use halal-certified ground turkey.)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (halal-compliant)
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste) (Can substitute with sriracha.)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (For garnish.)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (For garnish.)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Cook until browned, around 5-7 minutes.
- Once the turkey is cooked through, stir in the soy sauce, gochujang, honey, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all the flavors, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve over rice or noodles as desired.

- This dish can be served with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- Feel free to adjust the level of spice by modifying the amount of gochujang.
