Description

Tender beef sirloin marinated and grilled on skewers with colorful bell peppers and coated in a crunchy peanut mixture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound beef sirloin (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 cup unsalted peanuts (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bell pepper red (cut into squares)
  • 1 bell pepper green (cut into squares)
  • 1 onion red (cut into squares)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Add the beef cubes and mix well. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the chopped peanuts, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated beef, red and green bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating between ingredients.
  5. Roll each skewer in the peanut mixture until well coated.
  6. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.

Notes

  • For best flavor, marinate the beef for several hours or overnight.
  • You can substitute other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms for variety.
