Ingredients

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, fold the melted dark chocolate into the whipped cream mixture until combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the chocolate mixture.
- Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a sprig of fresh mint.
