Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, fold the melted dark chocolate into the whipped cream mixture until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the chocolate mixture.
  4. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  5. Before serving, top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a sprig of fresh mint.
