Description

A delicious honey glazed chicken or ham recipe that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 4 pounds chicken or ham

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Place the chicken or ham in a roasting pan and brush the glaze generously over the meat.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, basting periodically with the glaze.
  5. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
