Ingredients
Scale
- 1 wheel Brie cheese (8 oz or 16 oz)
- 1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Fresh thyme sprigs (optional)
- Crackers, sliced baguette, or apple slices for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet with parchment paper.
- Place the brie wheel in the center of the dish and let it sit at room temperature.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add cranberries, pecans, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Stir for 2–3 minutes until warm.
- Lightly score the top of the brie rind in a criss-cross pattern (optional).
- Spoon the warm cranberry-pecan mixture over the brie. Let it naturally spill around the edges.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes (8 oz brie) or 18–20 minutes (16 oz brie) until the cheese is melty but still holds shape.
- Let it rest 3–5 minutes before serving.
