Description

Warm, melty brie topped with a sweet and tangy cranberry-pecan mixture, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 wheel Brie cheese (8 oz or 16 oz)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • Fresh thyme sprigs (optional)
  • Crackers, sliced baguette, or apple slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the brie wheel in the center of the dish and let it sit at room temperature.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add cranberries, pecans, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Stir for 2–3 minutes until warm.
  4. Lightly score the top of the brie rind in a criss-cross pattern (optional).
  5. Spoon the warm cranberry-pecan mixture over the brie. Let it naturally spill around the edges.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes (8 oz brie) or 18–20 minutes (16 oz brie) until the cheese is melty but still holds shape.
  7. Let it rest 3–5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh thyme and an extra honey drizzle. Serve with crackers, bread, or apple slices.
