Delicious BBQ chicken wraps filled with cheese and fresh veggies.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (smoky preferred)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lettuce and tomatoes (mixed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic; stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Remove chicken from heat and fill with BBQ chicken, cheese, and veggies.
- Fold sides inward and roll tightly.
- In the skillet, add more olive oil over medium heat.
- Place wraps seam-side down; cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, consider adding jalapeños.
- These wraps can be served with a side salad.
- Leftover chicken can be used in salads or sandwiches.
