Description

Delicious BBQ chicken wraps filled with cheese and fresh veggies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (smoky preferred)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup lettuce and tomatoes (mixed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Cook for 6–8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic; stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Remove chicken from heat and fill with BBQ chicken, cheese, and veggies.
  6. Fold sides inward and roll tightly.
  7. In the skillet, add more olive oil over medium heat.
  8. Place wraps seam-side down; cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, consider adding jalapeños.
  • These wraps can be served with a side salad.
  • Leftover chicken can be used in salads or sandwiches.
