Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, then add oil, buttermilk, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in chopped strawberries and chocolate chips.
  5. Divide batter evenly among liners. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cupcakes to cool completely.
