Description

This baked Greek yogurt chicken is a healthy and delicious meal that’s easy to prepare.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, and paprika until well combined.
  4. Spread half of the yogurt mixture on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Place seasoned chicken on top and coat with the remaining yogurt mixture.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot alongside steamed veggies or rice.
