This baked Greek yogurt chicken is a healthy and delicious meal that’s easy to prepare.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, and paprika until well combined.
- Spread half of the yogurt mixture on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Place seasoned chicken on top and coat with the remaining yogurt mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot alongside steamed veggies or rice.
