Deliciously seasoned Cajun salmon fillets cooked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 2 (6 oz each) salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Thaw salmon if frozen and pat dry with paper towels.
- Generously coat both sides of the fillets with Cajun seasoning.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Place salmon skin-side down in the hot pan; cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the salmon, add minced garlic, and squeeze lemon juice over each fillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until just cooked through.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and enjoy immediately with your favorite sides.
