Description

Delicious and healthy protein bites made with oat flour and almond butter.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (90g) oat flour (ground oats)
  • 1/2 cup (45g) vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup (125g) creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 tbsp almond milk (if needed)
  • 2 tbsp melted white chocolate (optional drizzle)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oat flour, vanilla protein powder, and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Add the almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix thoroughly until a cohesive dough forms. If the dough appears too dry, add almond milk one teaspoon at a time until it’s pliable and easy to handle.
  4. Roll the dough into small, bite-sized balls, approximately 12 pieces.
  5. Place the rolled bites on a piece of parchment paper. If desired, drizzle with melted white chocolate.
  6. Refrigerate the protein bites for 20 minutes to allow them to set before serving.
