Description

Delicious seared beef chops served with a tangy lemon gravy.


Ingredients

  • 4 beef chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season beef chops with salt, pepper, and rosemary, then sear until browned on both sides.
  3. Add lemon juice and beef broth to the pan.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes, then mix cornstarch with a little water and add to thicken the gravy.
  5. Serve the beef chops with gravy over the top.
