- 1 ½ cups digestive biscuits, crushed
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter until combined. Press into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for about 10 minutes until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
- In a saucepan over low heat, cook sweetened condensed milk for 30-40 minutes while stirring until thickened and golden brown.
- Layer sliced bananas evenly over the cooled crust, then pour the caramel on top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and spread over the chilled pie. Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.

- For best results, use ripe bananas for enhanced sweetness.
- Allow the pie to set in the refrigerator for at least an hour for perfect texture.
